Payments:

All payment's go through the secure web site of PAYPAL (www.paypal.com)  No financial information from your credit cards is collected or stored on our computers, we do not accept any other payments other then from PayPal.com. All purchase's and payments through this store will be paid to the business account's of www.BluemoonRetail.com and or our other store www.BluemoonRetail.com.

Shipping:

BluemoonRetail.com will ship all orders taken within 36 hours of receiving it. BluemoonRetail.com will only ship orders using “UPS” As a carrier. We can ship anywhere UPS services are available we are unable to ship to Countries other then the United States and Canada at this time.

Out of Stocks:

At this time BluemoonRetail.com does not have a back order process. We put a lot of effort into controlling our stock, and not selling what we do not have. In the event we are out of stock and can not provide the item ordered, we will promtly notify you by email and either replace the item with your choice of item of same price, or refund your over payment  back to your PayPal account.

Returns:

With the exception of damaged or defective Merchandise all sales are final. Claims of damaged or defective merchandise must be made within  24 hours of receiving the product. Claims are to be emailed to us at Service@BluemoonRetail.com . At this point we will issue a return authorization number and information on returning the product for exchange. Any refunds of payments will be refunded back to your PayPal account. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Taxes:

Dam Bait Shop charges a sales tax of 9.50% to Illinois Residents only.
